So I had four interviews in total, all remote. First was a recruiter call, super chill and professional, where we discussed my background. They suggested I aim higher for future roles since nothing was open. I was like, cool. Then I met with the QA manager, though it wasn't a formal interview because the role wasn't available yet. We chatted about my experience and what could be. A bit later, I had two more interviews with the hiring managers, pretty similar conversations focusing on professional conduct and how I handle problems. We swapped best practices. After that, I got a take-home assignment. Once I finished it, I got the offer for this awesome position that didn't even exist before. All in all, the interviews were really comfortable and professional.

It was a really long interview process, it took weeks, maybe even months. They gave me a task to do, and after that, I had a technical review interview. During this interview, I was unable to answer a technical Unity task question. Despite my repeated statements that I didn't know the answer, they rudely insisted that I keep trying to answer.
