- What would you say are your biggest strengths and areas for development?
Manager
The interview process has 4 stages and is really technical. You need a deep understanding of software engineering. Hands-on experience is a plus. Knowledge of healthcare and healthcare certifications would be great.

- What is your experience with Java?
Case Manager
The phone interview was pretty straightforward, and the timing worked out well. They asked some basic questions about my experience and background. The person interviewing me was nice. I didn't get a follow-up interview or move forward with the hiring.
