I had to meet with a panel of people 3 separate times before they would give me an offer. The very last interview was with the executive director. After that I didn't hear back for like 5 months... then they called me and asked me if I was still looking for work. I did one more interview and then they offered me the job.

I had one phone chat with HR, and then they invited me for a second interview. I waited for weeks, and when we finally got it scheduled, they canceled on me as I was on my way to the interview. I had spent a few days preparing for it. They said they would reschedule but I never heard back. It seems like the company is in a state of chaos right now, possibly due to losing funding, their CEO, and staff, based on my experience and news reports.

I applied online and then was contacted to set up an in person interview. It was handled by a secretary, so it felt pretty formal. The interview was one on one. They asked typical questions, and the interviewer was nice. It took me weeks of reaching out to finally learn I didn't get the job. I bet they wouldn't have told me if I hadn't followed up.
