A week after applying, I was emailed asking if I could set up a Zoom interview. It wasn’t a bad interview, but I felt that the interviewer could have been more professional. The interviewer showed up to the Zoom a few minutes late, very disheveled. The questions were laid back, although it felt like they were coming off the top of the interviewer’s head. In the end, the interviewer took no time to email me back about whether they denied or accepted me, so ultimately I chose to accept a different internship.

Submitted my resume online and had a quick 15 minute phone interview within a week. Then, they scheduled a 30 minute panel interview a few days after that.

We got in contact through email and agreed on a meeting in their offices in Budapest. They were very punctual and I got interviewed by two persons. They were very friendly and encouraged questions. The only downside to the process is that I had specified in my emails previously that I did not speak Hungarian but was told it wasn't an issue. Later, I received an email saying that all their administrative papers were in Hungarian and therefore they needed someone who spoke the language. That was the only unprofessional aspect of the whole process.
