Behavioral Technical

The interview process was typical and felt overly serious for an entry-level role. I was presented with hypothetical scenarios and asked how I would respond. There were two interviews in total. It seemed like they preferred candidates who were more conformist and agreeable. Additionally, there was an Excel test that included some unfamiliar functions that likely wouldn't be used on the job.

It was a panel interview with five senior directors, each taking turns asking questions. It was a single interview, but the whole process might have taken a couple of weeks. The HR staff were responsive.

Behavioral Other

I went through the interview process at the Detroit location. The initial phone interview was successful and made me feel optimistic. The in-person interview was quite different. It was held at a high bar table, which was awkward to navigate. Two interviewers rapidly asked a series of questions, creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Following the interview, there was no response to my follow-up emails or calls.
