I was contacted on LinkedIn by the CNO of the facility. I already knew I would get the job if I wanted it because of my experience and because I had previously worked PRN for them at another location. The other site's director had already spoken to the CNO and highly recommended me. The CNO is really personable and persuasive.

The hiring manager was super upfront about the pay, staffing levels, and the work vibe. They also talked about some changes happening to make things better. The interview itself was really chill, and they answered everything I asked. Afterwards, they showed me around the facility and said they'd call if they wanted to hire me.
