I was going to school and a facility used our school for training hours. I reached out through an employee I trained with who gave positive feedback on my work ethic. I got a PRN job between facilities and then went full-time.

The interview process was really long and broken up. There were way more than ten interviews, and I was exhausted by the end. While some people were nice, the peer interview was a huge turnoff. I felt like they saw me as competition and I didn't get much chance to talk, instead, I was lectured for over an hour by someone who would have been my peer. It made me not want the job, even if they offered it.
