I submitted my online application with my resume and cover letter. I also reached out to a few people I knew at the company. The hiring manager contacted me to set up a 1-hour phone interview, which included at least one other person. It seems like most interviews there are panel-style. They did reference checks and I got the job offer about 1-2 weeks after the interview.
