First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at United Spirits.
Manager
I got into the company through campus placements. The process is pretty standard. First, they gave a presentation about the firm. After that, we had a group discussion. If you did well in the group discussion, you'd get to interview. The interview itself was kind of long. It was with an HR person and someone from Production; they seemed like high-ranking people in the company.
- The questions asked were not very difficult; they were mostly standard and straightforward.
Assistant Manager
As the interview day got closer, I felt both excited and nervous. I'd done a lot of research on the company and practiced common interview questions, plus I prepared some questions to ask them. Even so, I had trouble sleeping the night before, my mind was just going through all the different ways it could go.
- Could you start with an introduction and then discuss your CV?
- Please provide details about your background as reflected in your CV.
Senior Manager
This was a tough process, took around 3-4 months in total. There were several rounds, and the waiting times between them were quite long, with no clear info on what's next. I had to follow up multiple times.
- What are your contributions to this role you're interviewing for?
