Operations Supervisor
The interview process was straightforward and experience-based. It was a very chill and forward-moving process. More words were used to fill up the interview time, which was a minimum of 30 minutes. The difficulty was very average, as long as you can hold a decent conversation and stay on topic.
- Can you tell me how many years of experience you have?
Assistant Manager
As the interview day got closer, I felt both excited and nervous. I'd done a lot of research on the company and practiced common interview questions, plus I prepared some questions to ask them. Even so, I had trouble sleeping the night before, my mind was just going through all the different ways it could go.
- Could you start with an introduction and then discuss your CV?
- Please provide details about your background as reflected in your CV.
TSE
The interview process included rounds with HR, the COO, and SH. HR asked about planning implementations and development, and brand implementation strategies. The COO round also involved brand implementation questions. The COO interview was a really good and interesting experience.
- Tell me about your experience.
- Do you have any sales-related questions?
Senior Executive
The interview focuses on your job knowledge and understanding of the required skills. This part usually takes about 15-20 days. However, the entire hiring process can take around 6 months, which can sometimes be time-consuming and leave the candidate uncertain about the job confirmation.
