Field Service Technician
Interview was easy. They asked about my experience but luckily they were in need so I was offered the job at the end of the interview. Very down to earth.
- Do you know what a quick connect hose fitting is?
Field Service Technician
I applied online and a week later the store manager called me. We had a face-to-face interview which went well. Then I had a second face-to-face interview with the manager and the DM, who was on the phone during part of it. After that, I had a third interview over the phone with someone unknown. They made me an offer and gave me a week to decide. When I called to accept, they rescinded the offer, saying management had changed their minds. I still have voicemails from the manager about the offer.
- How many years have you worked in equipment rental?
Technician
So the phone interview part was all about my experience with construction equipment, and how I know about safety and customer service. They also gave me two online tests to see my logic and my personality, like how I deal with different situations. This is just the first two steps, there are four in total.
