My first experience with the interview process was great. They kept in touch and I didn't have to chase them for updates. However, when I applied for a different role internally, it was a struggle to get any information. I finally reached out to the recruiter to find out I didn't get the job, even though my status in Workday still showed I was being considered.

I have had 2 interviews with the company. I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of those interviewing. They seemed to want to understand my relevant experience and how I could plug in to their operation and succeed. They told me about another position that they felt I would be better in.

The recruiter texted me 15 minutes before saying she was running late, which is okay, it happens. She called me when she said she would. Asked me 2 things about me which she could have read my Resume. Then she asked if i had any questions for her. I asked about the culture of the company her response was "yeah yeah its a good mm company". She didn't seem interested at all. The "interview" lasted 5 minutes. I would suggest the company to hire professional recruiters and not someone that wants a paycheck while sitting at home making calls.
