Honestly, the interview process was really transparent. They offered unique insights and constructive criticism. I usually dread interviews, but this was one of the few good ones. After it was over, I felt really clear and confident that my time was valuable. If you're thinking about joining them, I'd say go for it. It's a great experience, if nothing else.

Applied online. Then an HR recruiter called me for a 20 minute interview with basic questions. Next, I took an online assessment. After that, I had an interview with 3 decision makers: a store manager, district manager, and regional manager at the Cleveland location. The regional manager was distracted and yelling on his phone before the interview. They asked for my background and then asked if I was willing to relocate, despite my application stating I wasn't willing to relocate out of Northeast Ohio. The interview ended after 20 minutes, and they said they would get back in 2-3 weeks. I was emailed two days later that they were pursuing other candidates.

I got this job through a job fair. The HR folks reached out and asked if I was open to relocating, and since I really needed a job, I said yes. They set it up for me to fly to Portland and meet people from both the Portland and Seattle offices. The whole day was interviews. I met with different people from various departments. The manager from Seattle took me out for lunch and we talked the whole time. Mostly he asked about my outlook on life and minor life details, which I guess was to understand my personality better. The HR team was really nice, but the managers were tough. They ask tough situational questions, so be ready. They also gave me a personality test.
