I applied and heard back from the recruiter about a week later. It was a pretty standard interview. The recruiter was really nice and went over the day-to-day duties and what the job involves. Then, two days later, I got a rejection email really late, after 10 PM. I'm not sure if it was a mistake or intentional, but the email was generic and said they were moving in a different direction. It felt like they could have just waited until the next morning, especially since the recruiter was on the East Coast and it would have been past midnight their time.

The recruiter reached out first for a 20-minute chat. About a week later, the BM called me in for my interview. The following week, the BM had me come in to take the Wonderlic pre-employment test. A few days after I finished the test, I had a phone interview with the DM. Then, the BM asked me to write a few paragraphs about how I boosted employee morale in my previous role. A few days after I sent that in, the BM called with a verbal offer, which I accepted. I got the formal offer letter and started a couple of weeks after that.

Behavioral Technical

Applied online and took a work habit/skills assessment. A regional recruiter, Chris, called within two hours to discuss my work history and skills for about 30 minutes. Then I had an in-person interview at the Arlington, WA branch with Zane. The goal was to find someone to build a new division. A week later, I interviewed in-person with both the BM and DM. They mentioned they had more interviews to do and gave an estimated timeline for an offer. I'm waiting for their decision. The DM focused heavily on technology use, about 70% of the job. Zane and Mike were professional and direct. This process was clear and transparent compared to others I've experienced recently. Chris the recruiter was responsive.
