This was a comprehensive interview process. They asked a bunch of general questions about whether I'd be a good fit and why I wanted to work there, plus about my past experiences. We also talked about my university studies and any related skills or projects I'd done. They also inquired about my experience in diplomacy or with international organizations.

Then came some behavioral questions about my greatest achievement, a time I faced conflict, and how I handle difficult team members. It ended with them asking for references and telling me about the next steps.
