So first, they looked at my application to see if I was a good fit. Then, I had a quick phone call with HR to check the basics and see if I was still interested. After that, I had to do a written test to check my skills. Finally, I had a longer interview, maybe in person or on video, with the hiring manager or a group of people. They asked me about my experience and if I was right for the job, covering things like my past behavior and some technical stuff.

I took the required clerical test, including typing, which was for people without an advanced degree (Master's, etc.). I did well on it and was offered the job pretty quickly in a high-level office. The process was surprisingly quick. I started work within a short period of time after the clerical test results came in. I think they took a little while to come in, but I don't remember how long, exactly. I started over 10 years ago so I don't recall the details of timing.
