I applied on the company's website and heard back from a recruiter about two weeks later. They wanted to schedule a phone screen and also sent some written questions about my experience related to the job. I had the 15-minute phone screen with the recruiter a few days after that. The following week, I was asked to fill out a full application and set up an in-person interview with the hiring manager. The on-site interview lasted about an hour, and I was told they'd decide within two weeks. I got the offer two weeks later.

I applied online and a recruiter got in touch a few days later to set up a phone screen and asked me to fill out some paperwork. About two weeks after that, I had another phone interview, followed by a technical phone interview a week later. Things were going well, so they flew me out to Colorado for an in-person interview and a facility tour. I paid for the trip upfront but got reimbursed later, totaling about $800. The in-person interview went smoothly, and I was told I'd hear back in a couple of weeks. When that time passed, I tried reaching out to my recruiter but couldn't get through. After trying for weeks, she finally got back to me with no updates, saying she didn't know anything and that decisions hadn't even been made for the three open roles. This continued for a while until I figured they weren't going to offer me the job and just didn't bother telling me. Exactly three months after I applied, I got a generic rejection email. The whole process was incredibly slow, and I never received any feedback on why I wasn't offered the position, even though all the interviews seemed to go well.

The questions were a mix of behavioral and engineering topics. They generally seemed satisfied with my answers and didn't probe too deeply or ask many follow-up questions.
