I applied online and got a response after a few weeks. They did an initial, informal phone screen that lasted about 15 minutes. A couple of weeks later, I heard back and they scheduled an interview. The interview itself was about an hour long, mainly behavioral questions and some about my resume. I got an offer about a month after that. The whole process was pretty smooth and the HR people were really helpful.

I got contacted by HR to set up the phone interview, which was super easy. The interview was on time and the interviewer called exactly when scheduled. It felt pretty casual. Since I'm a recent grad, we started by chatting about my school experiences, the projects I did, and my part in them. We also covered skills like software packages. He then went into detail about the job description. I knew a bit about some of ULA's recent or ongoing projects, so we chatted about those briefly. He asked about the kind of role I was seeking at ULA or elsewhere, basically if I was interested in being a 'rocket scientist' plotting trajectories or more into practical/design/hands-on engineering, and I picked the latter. To finish, he let me ask any remaining questions. I only had one that wasn't covered. He mentioned they had a few more candidates to see and would update me soon. It's been over a month with no updates, just an email saying they'll update soon. Overall, it was a good experience, but the delay in updates or scheduling second interviews is a bit frustrating, though I get they're busy. Wish it was a bit quicker.

I went to a building for the interview and had 3 interviews one after another. The interviewers didn't seem to have much interview experience and asked questions that made sense. It felt more like a casual chat to get to know personalities rather than a test of technical knowledge like drawing shear diagrams.
