Behavioral

The recruiter will give you a call to discuss the internship details and then arrange a meeting with the team based on your availability. The actual meeting will be about an hour long and will mostly consist of behavioral questions and discussing your resume. You should expect to hear back within one to two weeks. It was a really fast and well-done process.

It was pretty simple. I got ready using the STAR interview method, and it worked out. They didn't ask any math questions at all. There were two interview rounds. The first was a phone call with a recruiter from a third-party company, who also acted as the go-between for ULA updates and stuff. The second interview was with 3-4 people from different parts of ULA. The three people I talked to were really nice, and it was easy to joke around and chat with them.

I had a phone screen and they said they'd let me know in a couple weeks. I never heard back. The screen was mainly personality questions like 'why do you want to work here?'
