This was one of the smoothest interview experiences I've ever had. They told me upfront there would be 4 rounds during the first chat with the recruiter. What really stood out was that before each interview, I got a packet with prep tips and what to expect. It felt like they really wanted to help candidates succeed! I was super impressed, and though I turned down their offer for another that was a bit closer to my long-term goals, I would've been really happy to work at Unite Us. Their great communication and clear expectations made me want to join them.

Applied for Community Engagement Manager. Had a nice chat with the Recruiter and Panelists, they were pretty chill. Some asked deep questions, but I had a lot to ask them too. You can tell they're really passionate. Five days after the 5th interview, they offered me the Network Growth Manager role instead of the Community Engagement Manager, with no feedback. Scheduled 3 more interviews, and then got a rejection email five days later. They reached out again a few weeks later for another role, and I had to do 3 more interviews. One panelist didn't remember me or our previous chat. Got the same rejection email again. All online interviews were 20-30 minutes long. I'm not sure how the process and panelist consideration works. Lots of people involved, and most have only been there 1-3 years. I get the company is growing fast, but maybe have core people do the interviews. It would've been great to be part of their mission, but spending so much time on interviews (11 total for me) was really disappointing.

Applied online and got a call back from a recruiter within 3 days. The first interview with the State Director went really well. The second interview was okay, though they didn't seem very prepared. The third interview was good but short, I couldn't ask all my questions. After waiting a week, I had the final interview, which also went well. I felt like I interviewed well throughout, the only hiccup was having some brain fog for the last interview with Georgina because I got the J&J vaccine the day before. Even though I didn't get an offer from Unite Us, those 5 interviews really helped me prepare for my 5 interviews with PPD, and I did get an offer from them.
