The hiring process had three main parts, stretching out over a month. It started with a phone chat to get acquainted, and then there were two in-person meetings with the hiring manager. They kept me in the loop the whole way through, which was nice.

A talent consultant reached out to me first. Then, I had a phone call, which was followed by a video call. The whole interview was about an hour long, and we talked about what the job involves and what the perks are.

I had a one-on-one with a senior manager. Even though they were short on time, we covered a lot and they were really helpful. The questions were direct and business-focused, totally relevant, no tricks. They really wanted to know about my professional skills and outlook. They were open to talking about the company's values, aims, and goals, and wanted to see if we’d be a good fit. We got into some topics in a lot of detail, so it was good that I’d prepared and thought about how I’d handled projects before.
