Got contacted on LinkedIn by a recruiter and had two interviews. After the second one, I followed up but got ghosted for two months. Eventually got a vague email saying things were progressing, and then heard nothing else. Super unprofessional and disappointing.

Applied online, and it took over a month to even get an interview scheduled, which felt way too slow. The hiring team's communication during and after the interview was really bad, and they just ignored my follow-up emails. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful. The company might be okay, but the whole process just left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

I was contacted by an HR rep about a short-term contract for Unispace, with the possibility of it becoming long-term. The graphic designer I'd be replacing was present during the interview. Although the interview seemed to go well initially, things got awkward when I asked about the contract details. The current graphic designer seemed confused, and the manager quickly wrapped up the interview. It appeared the current designer wasn't aware she was being replaced permanently. After the interview, I tried reaching out to the HR rep multiple times, but they never responded, which was disappointing given it was Unispace's mistake. It was an uncomfortable situation overall.

I had a one-on-one with a senior manager. Even though they were short on time, we covered a lot and they were really helpful. The questions were direct and business-focused, totally relevant, no tricks. They really wanted to know about my professional skills and outlook. They were open to talking about the company's values, aims, and goals, and wanted to see if we’d be a good fit. We got into some topics in a lot of detail, so it was good that I’d prepared and thought about how I’d handled projects before.
