First, there was a phone screen. Then, I had an in-person interview with the manager. After that, I did a few days of trial work. Finally, there was a conclusion and an interview with the N+2. I was supposed to meet with the N+1, but they were on vacation. There were also reference checks with previous employers to see if I was a good fit for the role.

Behavioral Technical

After submitting my application online, I had an initial call with someone from Unique. This call served as the first stage, where I learned more about the company and the consultant role. Based on that discussion, a subsequent interview was scheduled. Before the interview, I had to complete a language test and a planning test. The actual interview focused on getting to know me as a person and also involved a discussion about my test results.

Technical Other

After an initial introduction via Teams, I was invited for an interview. This was followed by a planning test, language tests (Dutch, French & English) and a reasoning test. Then there was a second and final interview, after which a decision would be made behind the scenes with the manager.
