Infrastructure Engineer
The culture interview was straightforward with standard questions. The interviewer explained the role and the next steps. I never heard back after that, which was disappointing because I prepared for it.

The interview process included questions on data cleaning, like dealing with missing values and outliers. You'll also be tested on SQL, including writing queries with SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, and ORDER BY. Excel skills are important too, specifically VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas. Sometimes, there are also questions about data visualization, like interpreting graphs or making charts. Project Consultant
After submitting my application online, I had an initial call with someone from Unique. This call served as the first stage, where I learned more about the company and the consultant role. Based on that discussion, a subsequent interview was scheduled. Before the interview, I had to complete a language test and a planning test. The actual interview focused on getting to know me as a person and also involved a discussion about my test results.
- Can you tell me more about yourself?
- What are your key strengths and areas for development?
- How do you approach planning and task management?
