I applied through the company portal. The pre-interview discussions were really helpful and informative. The Talent Acquisition HR team explained the whole interview process at the beginning. Before each interview, they let me know the date, time, and who would be interviewing me, including their LinkedIn profiles. After the interviews, they were quick to share the feedback from the panelists. All the interviews were with senior people. The panelists made sure I felt comfortable and gave me plenty of time to explain my ideas. They answered all my questions openly. Every interview felt well-organized, carefully planned, and unique, with no overlap. Overall, it was a smooth experience that taught me a lot and was a great professional experience.

This was a really ambiguous interview process, especially for someone with 11 years of experience. There wasn't a clear hiring strategy. They would give you false indications, like saying you're selected and an offer is coming in 2-3 days. Then, suddenly, the process would change, and they'd ask for market research, citing a higher management request. After you completed that, they'd string you along again until you pushed for an answer, only to reject you. It felt like a typical startup hiring situation, struggling to find good people and using interviews to test the market, ultimately wasting everyone's time and effort.

The whole thing took about 6 weeks from start to offer. It started with a casual chat with the RnD head who got me in. Then the real interviews started. First up was the VP of Product Management, then the VP of Engineering. After that, I had a face-to-face with the VP of Products. The last interview was with HR to check cultural fit and talk about money. It all went pretty smoothly and the interviews themselves were done in just a couple of weeks. Most of the time was spent hashing out the compensation details.
