Business Analyst
Simple process with 4-5 rounds. First round is a discovery call to get to know the candidate, where they explain the job description and day-to-day tasks. The second round focuses on your previous role, covering both technical and non-technical aspects. Your background and domain knowledge are important here. The third round involves a case study and a presentation. The final round is with the VP, similar to the second round. Lastly, there's a discussion with HR. The team has a well-defined process, and feedback is provided within a day or two after each round. They ensure the candidate is comfortable and informed about each stage.

I applied in May first week through a job platform and the whole process was completed by May last week. The interviewer were very helpful and humble. The interview level was moderate. First level of interview was a bit more technical oriented, followed by second round with the hiring manager and HR round. The whole interview process was very smooth. All three rounds of interview took place within a week and got the offer letter in the next two days.
- Tell me about your Excel basics.
- Can you tell me about your previous job experience?
- Why did you leave your previous job?
Business Analyst
The whole process lasted about a week. My last interview was scheduled for 5:30 PM, but then HR rescheduled it for 3:00 PM. During my final interview, the interviewer seemed rushed and asked me a question I didn't understand. I was too nervous to ask for clarification, but I still attempted to answer it. Aside from that one question, I felt I answered everything else well and accurately. I think this process needs to be improved.
- Can you write an SQL query to merge tables?
