Graduate Trainee Engineer
Had an online interview with average questions and then a meet and greet chit chat over lunch. It included an introduction and a group round where we solved a problem together and explained it.
- Tell me about a time you led a team.
Graduate Trainee
I applied in late October and received an email about an online assessment within a week. The assessment had basic aptitude questions. After passing the assessment, they invited me for an interview. They eventually rejected me 32 days after the interview.
- Can you explain your motivation for applying to this Trainee program?
- Could you describe your ideal work environment?
- What draws you to the energy management sector?
Graduate Trainee
It was an automated online interview to check if I was a cultural fit. Two questions were in German and two in English, and I had to answer them in the language they were asked. I think the first two questions were the same as ones I saw on Glassdoor, but I wasn't sure about the other two because I wasn't ready. They were probably the same, though.
- Why are you interested in the energy sector and do you have prior experience in it?
- What kind of work environment helps you perform well, and what workplace values are significant to you?
