This was just the first round interview, and honestly, it wasn't as technical as I'd heard from others on Glassdoor. Maybe they've changed things, or this was just a casual initial interview. I spoke with a newer analyst, someone who joined maybe a year or two ago. They mostly asked me standard questions about investment banking, what my interests are, and why I'm interested in the US. I haven't gotten any news about a second interview yet, so I'm just waiting.

Applied through college career board. Waited a week before hearing back from a recruiter. Scheduled a phone interview with an analyst before being sent to super day in SF. The first round analyst seemed really uninterested in what I had to say, questions seemed to be straight out of the book with no real variation and did not build off of my responses. It was fairly technical.

Had a 30 minute phone interview that included both the NY and San Francisco offices. Current analysts conducted the interviews and they were really friendly, making me feel comfortable. The questions were pretty straightforward and typical technical ones. The recruitment process seems really accurate and precise. Still waiting to hear back.
