I applied online and got contacted pretty quickly. The office is in an industrial part of Brooklyn. They have a parking lot, but it's tiny and usually full, so plan to arrive early and look for street parking. After getting inside, I had to wait a bit for the first interviewer. She was nice and seemed fair. After that, I met with a sales manager, which was a very different experience. He seemed more focused on highlighting the downsides of the job and expressed indifference towards the sales reps. He talked for about an hour and a half, using inappropriate jokes and swearing, and seemed quite pleased with himself. On the plus side, you'll know exactly what you're getting into, but it also means you'll be pretty much on your own.

it was a three part interview process: first, before any interviews, you had to take a short math test with multiple choice questions and then two short answer analytic questions. then you had an interview with someone who seemed like a senior hr employee. the next round was a one on one with two of the operations managers/supervisors. finally, the last interview was with the operations director, where they told you the same as the managers/supervisors, and it was a quick interview.

I saw the job on Indeed and applied online. HR called me two days later and we set up an onsite interview for the next Thursday. When I got there, I checked in with the receptionist and was then taken upstairs to HR. The HR Manager interviewed me first. It was mostly about my job and education history. After about 20 minutes, I met with the Operations Manager. He asked more questions about operations and logistics. He mentioned he was looking for someone to train and promote within the company. I was told they'd decide in about a week. A week later, I emailed HR for an update, but got no reply. A month after that, I emailed again, still no response. So I'm guessing they ignored my emails and I didn't get the job.

Applied online and then a recruiter reached out. First interview was a basic chat with the recruiter about my interests in the industry, company, and the sales analyst role, plus my strengths and weaknesses. No technical stuff. Second interview was with my potential supervisor, very laid-back, mostly her explaining the job duties and me asking questions. Third interview was with the assistant general manager, also super chill, focused on getting to know me and seeing if I was a good fit. Asked about my interest in the company and job, and if I had any questions. The whole thing was pretty informal. I was the only one in a suit and tie, so definitely overdressed. People at Union Beer are generally laid-back. If you're interviewing here, just be ready to talk about yourself and why you want the job. Don't sweat it, it's not intense.
