The interview process was quick, but the interview itself was quite lengthy and thorough. The interviewer was pleasant, making for a good experience. I received feedback after about a month and thought I hadn't been selected. I followed up and was told I was being invited for an assessment.

First, you take a Behavior & Cognitive Test. Then, there's an interview with HR. Finally, you interview with your potential "boss/mentor" who wants to understand who you are and how you handle challenges.
