Systems Engineer
The interview process wasn't too difficult for someone with two years of experience. However, they don't offer salaries that match current industry standards. They mention being a CMM level 3 company, but their salary offers aren't competitive. I suspect there's a lot of internal politics, manager politics.! So, my opinion is, if you're looking for a good work environment, avoid Diya..! If you're fine with the salary and really need a job, then consider Diya. Good luck.!
- Could you explain what initrd is in the context of the boot process?
Systems Engineer
There will be about 4-5 rounds in total. These include an HR round, a technical round, a managerial round, and a final round. They tend to negotiate a lot during the offer stage, often offering about half of what you might expect. You should probably ask for more than you actually want to get an acceptable offer.
- The interview was easy, and I passed it without any issues.
Systems Engineer
They have 3 rounds of interview. 1. Telephonic Technical. 2. Telephonic technical with lead. 3. Managerial round. Technical rounds will be easy, you can easily crack it with just one year of experience. However it depends on individual how they present themselves in an interview. Manager will ask questions to check your employment stability and expectations from organization.

- Questions related to hosting and virtualization?
- Questions related to cpanel?
