Graduate Engineer Trainee
So, the interview process started with an Aptitude round, which was multiple choice questions, followed by a typing test where I had to type at 30 words per minute. Then came the technical round, where they asked questions related to networks and the specific domain. I actually got rejected the first time in the technical round, but they gave me another chance after two weeks, and I cleared it then.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Project Manager
This was a pretty good interview process, definitely manageable for any experienced Project Manager. I went through four rounds in total. The first two were with the internal team, and then the last two were with the client. The very last round involved me presenting a deck that was based on some scenario-based questions.
- Can you tell me about your background and experience?
Customer Support Representative
It starts with an initial interview, usually over Viber or something similar, just to see if you're interested, can communicate, and are basically a good fit. Then there's an online assessment test to check your skills for the job, like if you know the tech stuff, can reason, or deal with customers. Lastly, a final interview via Microsoft Teams or another video call. This one's more detailed, asking behavioral stuff, job-specific things, and checking if you'll fit the company vibe.
- What makes you want this particular job?
- Could you tell me about your strengths and also your weaknesses?
- How would you deal with a really tough customer or a high-stress scenario?
Technical Support Engineer
There were 2 rounds of aptitude questions, which were multiple choice. Then there was a 1-hour technical round. The technical round wasn't too difficult; they asked about basic networking, troubleshooting, browsers, web servers, cookies, cache, sessions, and hotlinks. They also tested multitasking by having me open multiple notepads and justify the aptitude questions I had solved. During this, the interviewer would ask me to switch tabs and continue with other questions to see how well I could multitask.
- What are hotlinks and how do they differ from the browser and server?
- Explain SSL/TLS.
- What's the difference between HTTP and HTTPS?
