So, first there was a regular phone interview. After that, it was an in-person panel interview. Then, I had a scheduled ride-along with a driver for the whole day. It was pretty standard questions and normal stuff until the ride-along part.

So I met with the sales manager and branch manager, and we went over my resume and the job details. A few hours later, the sales manager called me to invite me back for a full day ride along with another territory manager so I could get an idea of the daily routine. After the ride along was done, the sales manager called me later that night and asked for my thoughts. I told him I was interested in moving forward with the position and joining the team. Then the manager asked for three character references (two personal and one professional) that he will contact.

I interviewed with 3 managers, 2 sales people, and the location manager. I met with them individually and also as a group. Part of the interview involved going out into the field to do a sales test. I also had to create and deliver a presentation using powerpoint to the managers, and I had to make calls to existing customers.
