I started with a phone call with the recruiter, then had a quick initial response to manager round, and was ghosted after this round but one more would have followed with the director of the area.

Behavioral Other

There was a phone interview that quickly led to an in-person meeting with both the local sales manager and the branch manager. If that went well, the next step was an interview with the regional sales manager. If you made it that far, you'd get an offer. Unifirst has a high turnover rate, so they try to speed up hiring.

It started with a phone screening with the Sales Manager, then a face-to-face interview with the Sales Manager. After that, I had a face-to-face interview with the Branch Manager. Then, I interviewed with the Regional Sales Manager, either face-to-face or via video conference, where I had to present my plan for success at UniFirst. After that, I filled out an application, and then there was a background check, drug test, and physical exam. Finally, I got the offer letter. The whole process took about a week.
