After applying, I first did a personality and thinking assessment. Next, I had a phone screen with the talent manager, who asked about my experience and interest in the company. Then, another call with a campaign manager who shared more about the team. Finally, I had an in-office interview with five employees. This involved three video calls, two in-person meetings, and an Excel assessment with the director, which I felt was my weakest part. Throughout, they took notes on our talks for later review. They were nice and asked tough questions, but not to trick me. Sadly, I didn't get an offer. Still, the interview info on Glassdoor for Unified was super helpful for prep!

Technical Behavioral Presentation

It all started out pretty fast and smooth. I got through all the interviews, maybe around 5 of them, but then I never heard back, which was a bummer after everything went so well. I applied on LinkedIn and then had to do a quick logic and math quiz. After that, I chatted with the hiring manager on the phone. Then, they had me come into the office for an in-person interview with the team and the hiring manager. I was then given a task that simulated the job's responsibilities, and I had to come back to present this assignment to the hiring manager, and also talked to other team members and the founder. I thought it went great, but I guess not. I waited two weeks, emailed the recruiter, no response. Waited another week, emailed the hiring manager, still no response.

After applying, I quickly received a notification to complete a personality/knowledge check. Upon completion, I was set up for a 30-minute phone interview, followed by a video meeting with three interviewers. The interviewers were all very pleasant, and I felt the process went well. However, despite reaching out, I haven't received any communication back. It's been a month now with no response either way. I get that they probably had a lot of applicants, but even a simple 'We don't think this is going to work out' would be appreciated after going through all the interviews.
