Account Coordinator
I spoke with an in-house recruiter first. Then, I had a second interview with someone from the Account Management team. Both of these chats talked about my past experience and gave me more details about the job and possible future roles in AM. After that, I had an onsite interview where I met 5 people from the AM team individually. We talked about my past jobs, any social media marketing experience I have, and some behavioral questions. Lastly, I had a video interview with a senior AM team member who couldn't be there when I was onsite. A few days later, I got the job offer and accepted it.
- Tell me about a time you didn't meet a goal and how you handled it.
Account Coordinator
Applied online, then went in for an interview. I never heard back until after I had accepted another offer. They were very unprofessional. They basically told me I got the job over the phone and we even talked about salary. Then, for about two weeks, I couldn't get anyone to respond. They did eventually apologize, but only after I went through a lot of trouble to find out the status of the job. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone I know. The main takeaway: unless you're desperate to work here, look somewhere else.
- What are your hobbies outside of work?
Account Coordinator
The interview process started with a 45 minute online exam, which mainly consisted of logic questions and some basic mental math. After that, I had a phone interview with an HR representative, followed by another phone interview with an Account Manager. The next step was an in-person interview at the office, where I met with 5 people of different seniority levels. Most of them (4 out of 5) were really friendly and easy to talk to, making the interviews feel more like a conversation. However, the head of account management was quite robotic, so I had to make sure to stay focused and enthusiastic. I didn't hear back for over two weeks because many people were on PTO. I was ultimately not offered the position because another candidate had already accepted an offer.
- What one piece of advice would your former supervisor give me about managing you?
- Can you describe the team environment in your previous roles?
- How do you resolve conflicts when they arise between two or more people?
