The process started with a phone call with an analyst, followed by a call with a senior associate. Then there were 3 interviews with directors, and another with a director and a specific team manager. The last step was an HR evaluation of motivations. The whole thing took about a month and a half.

Before applying to the Graduate Program I did a curricular and extracurricular internships at UCG so I hoped to progress in the selection process. First I was contacted by the HR for a general interview, for my location and position preferences. Several weeks later with no notice I was called by a Manager of a Department which I didn't apply from the country I didn't apply. Of course, I wasn't prepared for a technical interview on the matter I even didn't consider to be my job. As a result I wasn't allowed to progress further. Several months later I re-applied to another wave of a Graduate Program and that time I didn't even receive a call from HR and my profile was discarded right away.

Online Interview. The interviewer introduced herself. She explained the selection process. I asked my questions. Then she asked me questions about myself (see below). Afterwards, she asked follow-up questions based on my answers. I had to solve a practical example to demonstrate my leadership skills.
