Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at UniCredit Group.
Consultant
An assessment for interns that was very interesting, stimulating, and well-structured. It was designed to understand if the candidate can work efficiently in a team, as well as to verify their personal knowledge and skills.
- What is your motivation for joining our company?
Consultant
After passing an online test that lasted about an hour, I had a group interview on Teams that lasted around 4 hours. The interview involved various group or individual simulations based on presented cases. Candidates had to collaborate and find solutions. Then, at the end, there was a part in English.
- Tell us about your strengths and weaknesses.
- Why did you apply for this role?
- What can you bring to the company?
Consultant
I applied months ago, and was contacted to take cognitive and behavioral tests, plus an English one. After 3/4 weeks, I was contacted again to participate in a group assessment with 6 other candidates, which lasted 4 hours. We were presented with typical situations that we had to analyze and make decisions on together. At the end, there was a short discussion in English about ourselves. I was contacted less than 24 hours later with a positive outcome. I'm waiting for a contract proposal.
- Which of the people you interviewed would you suggest to proceed?
