Behavioral Group Technical Case Presentation

The process starts with a general interview with a psychologist. The questions are not technical and are about your life experiences and aspirations (I suggest bringing real-life experiences from your CV). After this first interview, a few candidates are selected for a group interview where psychologists give business cases to solve in groups within a short time. If you do well, you will be invited for a final interview with a partner to assess your technical knowledge and motivation.

The interviewers were nice, and they really dug into my resume, asking detailed questions about my experience and how I handled challenges. It was important to come across as confident and in control during the interview. I also found it valuable to ask about the interviewer's own background.
