It was a 7 errors dynamic, the second phase was with supervision and HR. What I didn't like was that I waited more than 10 minutes and there was one extra person and I wasn't told. That made me uncomfortable. There was feedback after the no. Advice: if you don't have experience in biometrics the way they work, don't apply or say you do to get through.

The process is really rigid. There was a face-to-face interview at the start, and then they called me for a second stage. When I arrived, they gave me a laptop with 3 questions that I had to answer in slides. After I returned the laptop, they called me into a meeting room with 10 people and my slides projected on the wall. They asked me to present what I did and then asked a lot of questions about my life. They call this stage 'paredão,' and it cuts off a lot of people who passed the first phase. I got the job, but being inside the company, I saw that there's no need for the process to be so rigid for all positions, especially since I saw that the 'paredão' excludes many people from the process who would fit the 'simpler' roles.

So, there were 4 interviewers, and they didn't even introduce themselves... they just asked random questions. The company's setup was really great, though. They offered sweets and cookies, probably to make the candidate feel more comfortable.
