After passing the written tests, I was invited to a competency-based interview that lasted at most 45 minutes. There were 3 panelists, and the questions were competency-based. I also had to answer based on my past work experience, applying it to the job description.

This was a really long process, so make sure to apply way ahead of time! It started with just submitting a CV and a letter. About a month later, I got invited to do a 3-hour take-home assessment that was both quantitative and qualitative research-based. Another month went by, and then I got an interview, which was immediately followed by an invitation for a "follow up chat" the very next day. After about 2.5 more weeks, they extended the official offer, with the start date set for two weeks from then.
