I was in a panel interview with 5 people. It was conducted in both English and Spanish. I was one of the few candidates, less than 6 out of over 200, to reach the final stage. However, I was never informed if I was selected, and more than 5 months have passed since then. It feels inconsiderate not to notify final candidates about their status after they've gone through the interview process.

The interview was great and the questions were not too difficult because they used a competency-based interview approach. When you didn't understand a question, they also repeated it again. They made the atmosphere not too pressured. I felt impressed that the interviewers were nice and friendly.
