Behavioral Group

I applied by sending an email and heard back about two weeks later. The first step was a 30-minute phone interview, followed by a 1-hour in-person interview with a group. They seemed to be asking competency-based questions. I got an email about two to three weeks later saying I wasn't selected to move forward.

Had 4 interviews, first with HR for a personal traits screening. Then met the team I'd be working with. Next was a chat with my direct manager, the area director. The final interview was with HR again, followed by an offer and discussing my start date.
