The whole thing took about a month from when I applied to getting the offer. I applied online through LinkedIn. First, I had a phone call with the recruiter, then two in-person interviews. The first in-person was with the controller and accounting manager, and they gave me a basic skills test. The second and last interview was with the VP, and I had to do a 5-10 minute PowerPoint presentation.

I applied for the job on LinkedIn, and the whole process felt pretty easy and relaxed. First, I had a phone interview with HR, and we arranged for them to send me a test, which took about an hour to complete. Because of COVID-19, the next step was a video interview with the team manager and director. It was a really nice chat, and I felt like we had a great conversation.
