I applied with my resume and cover letter. The job was a great fit for my experience in program design/evaluation/data governance/stakeholder management. There was one 30-minute interview with the reporting managers. It was a panel of three interviewers: one senior team lead and two junior leads. Ultimately, I would be working under one of the junior leads.

Applied in November 2024, got shortlisted in January, and received an offer in March. The overall experience was pretty good. I had one pre-recorded video assessment with three competency-based questions. It wasn't my favorite (felt a bit impersonal), but the process was quick and nice. They contacted me about a month and a half later for a 'quick meeting' to just confirm my availability and if I needed a visa.

I interviewed with two people. One of them did most of the talking and introduced their part. They asked me some general questions about my experience and expertise. The whole thing lasted about half an hour, and it was pretty chill overall.
