The interview process included basic queries about your recent works and work experiences, including travel to work. There was also an interview with a foreigner. Basically, if an NGO is a very small organization, if you have ever worked in it, you will know that the person behind the work won't be changed. If you are considering various working colleagues, this is not yours.

I was unexpectedly called in for an interview at the last minute, and then a video call interview was set up. The network was unfortunately pretty bad during the video call, so we couldn't hear each other well, but we managed to switch to a normal phone call, and I got through the interview.
