The interview process involved a screening test, followed by an online one-way interview, and then an online Zoom interview. It was a very clean screening process, and quite challenging and a good learning experience. Try to pass the test with good marks. Best of luck to all for their interview.

Technical Behavioral

The interview process involved an online written test and a panel interview. The hiring manager initially selected an internal candidate and showed a strong preference for re-hiring them, even preparing questions and guiding them while making other interviewees uncomfortable and demotivated. Despite a poor written test, the internal candidate was chosen. During the interview, extreme bias was evident. This made the external candidate feel awkward, and the panel also reported the incident. The interview was then reorganized, and an offer was extended to the external candidate. However, due to internal politics, the external candidate declined the offer.

Behavioral Technical

The hiring process took months with zero transparency. The interview, which lasted 30 minutes, had a 3-to-6-week evaluation period. They started the interview stating you had 30 minutes to answer 4 questions, without explaining the project or agency you'd be working for. Everything was very unclear. They didn't ask about any of your materials.
