Director of Operations
The hiring process was quite disorganized. The recruiter sent me an email with questions similar to those on the application, which seemed inefficient. The phone interviewer was late and rushed the call.
- How do you maintain organization?
Director of Operations
The whole thing wrapped up in two weeks, but it was pretty intense. Started with a phone interview, then I had to do a data analysis task. After that, it was a full day of interviews with 4 network leaders, followed by a final task, and then they made an offer. The full day was actually pretty cool. You spend about an hour with each leader, discussing a task or scenario. Then you spend a couple of hours on your own working through some ops related tasks. They also had us take a school tour. It honestly gave me a good feel for whether or not I'd be happy working there.
- Can you tell me about the most impactful feedback you've ever received and why?
- Following up on that, what did you do with that feedback?
Director of Operations
Submitted an application online, then had a pre-screening, a phone interview, and finally an 8-hour in-person interview. It was pretty intense. We also did group tasks with other candidates within a time limit, and the interviewers presented us with case scenarios, watching how we interacted with each other.
- How do your skills align with the company's mission?
