The interview experience started off a bit disorganized with confusing directions on where to check in. Once I found the right floor, I was given an availability form and had to wait with others to see the hiring manager. I was surprised to find out it was a group interview. We all went in together, paired up, and did role-playing exercises where we introduced our partners. After that, there was an individual computer-based assessment that lasted about 45 minutes, where we had to respond to potential customer issues by using Google and navigating the company website. Finally, each person was brought in for a discussion about job prospects. The whole process took about three hours.

I applied on Indeed and got an email to come in the next day, but I scheduled it for the day after. I arrived 20 minutes early because the location was tricky to find in a big building behind a bank. We were given availability sheets and then a group of 10 people were taken to a computer room about 15 minutes later. We were asked some basic customer service questions before moving on to a timed computerized test. I noticed my keyboard was broken and let someone know, but I'm not sure if it affected my score since they didn't explicitly state it was timed. I finished later than I would have. Afterward, I was told I'd get an email in a few days, but I never heard back, which sucks because the place seemed really chill and casual.

They tell you to be there by a specific time, but they start the interview process about 10 minutes later. You'll be waiting in an area with a group of candidates (about 10-15 people in one room). The recruiter will then take you into a room and ask the group some typical interview questions. You get to choose if you want to answer them. They also have you take a test that's specific to the role you're applying for, which can take anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour. After you finish the test, you'll wait in the waiting area for your name to be called to discuss your availability. The entire process usually lasts about 2 to 4 hours. I'd suggest arriving about 20 minutes early because it might take 5-10 minutes to get to the office, as the building is located in a somewhat rural area. Good luck.
