The interview process was really relaxed. It involved two interviewers, a manager and a mentor. They asked some general questions about my career plan and an introduction to the job. Overall, it felt good and pretty chill.

I interviewed at UMC back in May 2016. The hiring process had three stages: an initial assessment, then a first round with two interviewers who checked my basic qualifications, and finally, a meeting with a director focusing more on my personality and values. The entire thing took about a month. It seems like they're often looking for new people to join their team. The interviews weren't too tough, but fitting into their company culture seemed really important.

The interviewer was nice, but they really wanted to see that I knew my stuff, especially about my passion for the role and the industry. The hiring manager kept stressing how demanding and high-pressure the work environment is, and they wanted to know if I could handle it.
